Courtney Yount, Hairstylist
 Courtney looks at hair and sees what could be. She has an unbelievable eye for color and knows how to make her guests look stunning and beautiful. She likes to keep her guests looking fashionable, but also within their comfort zone. Her zest for the hair industry is apparent from the moment you meet her. After receiving her education from Fredric's Aveda Institute, she has kept her skills sharp by taking advanced educational classes in both color and hair cutting design. |

 Growing up in Europe and studying cosmetology in the United States have given Engeleda the vision and passion to create and design styles for everyone. She says, "I love studying the latest fashions to get inspiration and ideas for my guests." Engeleda gets satisfaction in creating the perfect look for her guests through coloring and cutting. She wants her guests too look good not only when they leave the salon after their appointment, but for weeks to come. |

Elsa Mosco, Hairstylist
 Elsa first introduced the Aveda product line to the Tampa Bay Area in 1983. Her salon was chosen by Aveda as one of the original test color salons. Elsa has invested over 30 years in the beauty industry as a stylist, colorist, educator, and salon owner. Elsa has taken numerous classes from and has trained with top Aveda educators. She specializes in color correction and all facets of hair color. She says, "My goal is to create a look that lets a women feel great about herself, comfortable with her color and style, as well as educating her in re-creating her look at home." |

Jonathan Mosco, Salon Director / Stylist
 Armed with a degree in Hospitality Administration from Florida State University as well as a Florida cosmetology license, Jonathan can do it all — from beautiful haircuts and styles to relaxing facials. "Daymaker" is the word Jonathan uses to describe his presence in the salon. He says, "I welcome everyone that comes into the salon as if they were coming into my home. I want to make every guest a part of our family." |
